This page contains information about local shows, horse trials, rides, etc in Devon and Somerset that are run by Pony Clubs, Riding Clubs, Hunts, villages and other organisations for which I have schedules.

The calendar page gives a summary for the whole year organised by date - and contains links to many more events.

Triathlon and Tetrathlon events are not shown below. They have their own special Tetrathlon page, and their dates also appear on the Calendar.

The listings below represent only a small fraction of what is going on, and are chosen to appeal to enthusiastic but not "professional" children and adults (for example BSJA, BE, etc events are not included). Virtually all of the below should be within one hour travelling time from Tiverton with a lorry or trailer.

Games Camp 2012

This camp is for all pony club members, under 15 years on 1st January 2012, who are interested in improving their mounted games skills. Riders will be allocated to small groups of similar ability.

Beach ride by East Devon Hunt

At: Exmouth Sea front, meeting in Maer Car Park

Time: 9:30am

The ride will be escorted, and costs £6 to include a bacon roll.
